About The Sripurams The Sripuram clan comes from a small village called Chowdepalli in Andhra Pradesh, India. This is where Sri.Sripuram Satyanarayana Chetty was born. He studied in a small school at chowdepalli, and went on to graduate in Mechanical Engineering in the coveted Sri Venkateshwara University, at Tirupathi, where lies the abode of Lord Venkateshwara. By the blessings of the Lord he got his first job in Bharat Electronics Ltd., at Bangalore. Since then he has never looked back. Today he is the Executive Director and head of a unit of Bharat Electronics which is located at Taloja in New Bombay. He is happily married to Smt.Subbalakshmi. They have three wonderful sons Sooraj, Dheeraj and Neeraj.Sooraj
Sripuram, graduated at National Defence Academy at Pune,
and is presently a Major in the Indian Army.
He is in the Army Service
Corps (ASC) at Meerut,
near New Delhi. He's wed to Smt. Sudharani
and this couple is blessed with an ever smiling daughter Sri Harshita,
who is now 6 years. He is one of the youngest majors in the Army. He
topped the courses at Army School of Mechanical Transport, and other
prestigious academies. His is a net savvy family. He is also into
design of computerized mechanical equipment systems.. Dheeraj Sripuram, a Mechanical Engineer graduated from Sir.M.Visveswaraya Institute of Technology from Bangalore. He is presently working for Rolta India Limited in Mumbai, the pioneers in CAD/CAM in India and is one among the top five companies in Asia. He is married to Smt. Sripuram Sunitha who holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. The newly weds are enjoying their stay in Halifax, Canada. They tied the knot on March 8th 2001. Neeraj Sripuram,
who very closely followed the footsteps of his annaiya
(Elder brother in telegu) is a Mechanical Engineer from
Sir.M.Visveswaraya Institute of Technology from Bangalore. He is presently
a Senior Consultant for Tata
Technologies Limited in Mumbai.
He is married to Smt. Sripuram
Swathi. The newly
weds are enjoying their stay in
Minneapolis,
USA. They tied the
knot on August 24th 2002.
He
is on an assignment, in USA working in Minneapolis.
